Kelvin Tran
My name is Kelvin Tran from the group HeyCat and I was born in Melbourne, Australia but am of Vietnamese background. My hobbies are socialising with friends and playing games. For IT experience I am most familiar with Java. I chose IT because I find the development of technology fascinating and how it is becoming increasingly important in everyday life.
The three tests I took showed that I'm a Mediator, someone who is caring and imaginative, can see things differently and approach things creatively. For working as a team, I am more understanding of my work member’s thoughts and feelings, so knowing how to respond and interact with them so that work goes smoothly without any drama or difficulties. I would not prioritise myself over others, trying my best to ensure everyone has easy time co-operating and getting our tasks done.
